Pipeline rules

New-batch defaults

What operations and export modifiers a fresh batch starts with. The operator can change anything during upload; this page sets the starting point.

Default primary operation

What runs by default on every row of a new batch.

Full pipeline (P1 → P1.5 → P2 → P3 → P4)

Best recall. Recommended default.

MX-only

Fast pre-filter. Choose this when you mostly re-run the full pipeline later from All leads.

Cross-batch behavior

Auto-detect duplicates against existing batches

Shows the duplicate count in the upload Review step and on the batch's Duplicates tab.

Skip P3 HTTP when MX / SPF / PTR produced no signal

Trades ~10% recall for ~50% throughput on cold leads.

Default export modifiers

Pre-fill these values on every batch's Export tab. Operators can still tweak per export.
